In the age of severe competitive market conditions, stress at corporate level performance and challenges of corporate governance models, successful establishment of corporate succession planning ( CSP) might provide organizations a better edge against competitors.

When a top level executive leaves the organization then there are many challenges and factors works within organizational work environment. Such situations ( organization without a true leadership) causes many loopholes in organizational service blueprint.

Succession should be planned and documented even when organizations have family owned management structure and there is a successor usually from within.
