Post Covid19, I think that people are most important assets for the organizations as life and human survival was big issue. The real challenge is how to deploy workforce into various positions where direct and indirect contact with clients will be crucial one.

Strategists should understand the way people can be offered best mix of jobs , salary & compensation, promotions in career, welfare schemes and other HR policies level interventions.
