Meditation A Medicine TO Stress

In Indian School of Philosophy and Yoga, people believe that a mental relaxation can be achieved through meditation ( Dhyan ,Sadhana and Yoga ) . We can get our supreme soul by remembering them with peace of mind or solitude .

Stress is common problem with working professionals and household ladies. If, people will give time to their internal peace then definitely they will be able to understand the importance of life , social obligations and true spirit of life.
