Covid19 and Hybrid Work Arrangements

Corporate work places have seen many challenges due to pandemic across the world. Many people lost their jobs and faced economic crunches.

HR professionals have adopted new work policies and practices to ensure work operations and offering people more avenues through virtual mode.

Even , top level managers who wish to attend corporate Headquarters changed the practices and adopted hybrid model where both virtual and offline systems of work arrangements has been adopted by the companies.

In the age of internet, it is wiser to adopt such models to reduce cost as well as manage the work operations during unseen challenges.

I believe that HR practitioners should do research on post and pre pandemic influences of such work models and various other facets of human resource management. It will be beneficial for corporate world, employees welfare and overall growth of a particular organization.
